The Urban Lab Buenos Aires course examines the dynamics of urban politics and policy in an emerging global city—Buenos Aires. In addition to social, political & economic issues, we will also focus on history, culture, language, architecture & the arts. Weekly class sessions will include lectures, case studies, guest speakers, & group work on research projects. The lab also features an 8-day field research trip to Buenos Aires.
In Spring 2014, the “parent” course for Poli 348 will be Poli 464 Comparative Urban Politics and Policy. To enroll in the Istanbul Lab course (Poli 348) you must be registered for the parent course.
